Neu renoviertes Haus mitten in einem kleinen Dorf am Berg. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer auf drei Etagen mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Jede Etage hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage, mit der man auch heizen kann. Die Küche ist mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Einen Alimentari gibt es im Nachbar Ort Bee. Supermärkte gibt es in Verbania. Parken kann man am Rathaus, circa 150 m entfernt. Im Ort gibt es auch ein Restaurant, dass allerdings etwas hochpreisiger ist.
Der Garten ist sehr klein und hat wenig Blick. Wenn man viele Ausflüge macht, ist das okay. Auch für ein Frühstück in der Sonne ist er ausreichend.
