Hotel Platea

Great central location in Shkoder. The staff were exceptional and accommodated all of our needs. The rooms were high grade, comfortable and clean. Spacious bathroom and lovely hot shower. Generous buffet breakfast.

Nothing

Sehr nette, bemühte Empfangsdame, hat uns Frühstück abgepackt, weil wir sehr früh aufstehen mussten, direkt an einer belebten Straße mit vielen Restaurants, in der Nähe der Busabfahrtstelle

I stayed here a week earlier and the staff told me that they’d upgrade me when I came back which they did. The room was palatial with a fantastic bathroom and a small, private balcony with chairs and a table. This was incredible service! The next morning I went down for breakfast which is a buffet in a windowless basement room. The food was varied and ample and, best of all, you can take it out to eat at one of the tables on the street outside which I did to enjoy the sunshine and the local atmosphere. I highly recommend doing this if you stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly and answered a lot of my questions so it was a great experience.

Nothing really. The breakfast room was a bit lifeless but because I could bring my food outside it was a welcome option.

I picked this property as it was central and close to the bus which I needed to take early the next morning. I asked for a packed lunch since I was leaving before breakfast and they were happy to comply. The room was large, comfortable and the bed was perfect.

Nothing really. Other reviews mentioned that the area was noisy but I had no such problems. The hotel is large and clean so I had no complaints.
