Det lå dejligt centralt og den ansvarlige kvinde ved receptionen var yderst sød og hjælpsom.

Morgenmaden. De var meget ufleksible med morgenmaden og der var faktisk ikke rigtig nogen af deres menuer vi ville have. Det var ikke muligt at sammensætte sin morgenmad - Det var en udfordring for os.

I liked everything about this property. The staff was absolutely amazing- incredibly nice, efficient, and welcoming. The room was modern, clean, and large. The hotel facilities were top notch, including the attached restaurant. The breakfast exceeded my expectations as well.

On both nights we stayed here, the hotel was hosting parties with a live music and speakers in the courtyard outside our bedroom window, the first until midnight and the second until 11pm. We needed an early night both nights and there was no way of sleeping through the noise. Whilst we were told about this on arrival, there was no mention of this online and we would have chosen another hotel had we known. One of the parties was on a Wednesday night so it’s not just a weekend thing either. The other main issue we had was with the shower in our first room - if you shower for more than 2 mins, the entire bathroom floods and if you shower for more than 5 mins, the water spills out into the bedroom and reached the other side of our double bed. Clearly an issue with the drain in the shower and made getting ready in a room with puddles, very unpleasant. The breakfast we had in the hotel on our final day was very average and our drinks were forgotten, but nice that it’s included I guess. Whilst you can store your luggage here, there is an additional charge which isn’t mentioned on booking.com so we were under the impression it was free like most hotels provide. Finally, the WiFi is very flaky so if that’s important to you then bear that in mind. We flagged the above issues to the second receptionist when we stayed at the hotel on our return from the Valbona tour, and she was really understanding and said she was new but would flag them to management so I hope they get fixed asap.
