Great space - the presidential suite was spacious and perfect for family of four with young children. It was also one of their birthdays so we have a little message and balloons too - very kind and a sweet thing to do Breakfast was included and we had plenty to choose from Reception polite and helped us learn some Albanian rather than just use English Gum is very well equipped. Outdoor pool was practically all for us so quiet but great fun - lots of fun 90’s dance tunes being played on the speakers. A great playground and with three different tools the kids were entertained for hours

The hotel didn’t seem much as we arrived a it’s of the main road but don’t be deceived - once in - it’s gorgeous with a beautiful back drop too.

Staff were Amazing, the ladies at check in, the gentleman serving us dinner and breakfast.. nicest people around So helpful with us and our kids

We liked the number of different swimming pools. Also the rooms are okay with shutters canceling noise from the road. The food in the restaurant is good!

Not able to pay in euros. Hotel uses conversion rate € to leke of 110 so we needed to pay 10% extra. That together with fee of using card made the room rate way higher than advertised at booking.com. A large number of tiles in swimming pool are broken and sharp. There was loud music all day at the swimming pool.
