The staff were brilliant and attentive, the manager was amazing and we will be returning due to her good treatment of us hopefully in a few months with more family. We loved the pools and spa and food, the cakes were really nice and 10/10 friendly

Cozy room with a balcony. Has indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Great staff members.
Children playground from 1990s with broken devices and not safe to play with.
Continental breakfast with a very basic products. For such a place this was the main downside.

We liked the number of different swimming pools. Also the rooms are okay with shutters canceling noise from the road. The food in the restaurant is good!
Not able to pay in euros. Hotel uses conversion rate € to leke of 110 so we needed to pay 10% extra. That together with fee of using card made the room rate way higher than advertised at booking.com. A large number of tiles in swimming pool are broken and sharp. There was loud music all day at the swimming pool.
