Excellent stay with outstanding facilities and staff

Extremely reactive staff at reception accommodating our requests with a smile. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious room. Good shower in bathroom and nice amenities. Double glazing of the windows cut the noise from the pool totally. Outstanding pool with different areas for swimming and small slides. Quiet location, off the main roads but 5 mins drive to a little village for shops if required.

Great Value for a Peaceful Getaway

Gardenland Resort felt a bit like a ghost town – not many guests around, which gave it a slightly abandoned vibe. But honestly, for €77 a night, it was totally worth it. Everything was very clean, the pool was amazing, and the staff were all super friendly. Keep in mind that it’s a bit far from the city, and there isn’t much to do besides enjoying the pool. The buffet service only opens at 9 PM, which is quite late, but there’s also an à la carte restaurant next door with good food. If you’re looking for a quiet, affordable place to relax, this is a great option.

Fantastic!!!

We had a fantastic experience at Gardenland Resort near Shkodra. The hospitality was truly exceptional, professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The resort is beautifully kept, with peaceful gardens and very clean, comfortable rooms. The food was excellent and it was good to see so many tourists visiting the countryside. Overall a 10 out of Ten, especially as it was a surprise which i had not planned as a last minute booking. A true Albanian experience and welcoming, highly recommend 😀

Lovely place in countryside.

Comfy bed, large pool with lots of lounges. Restaurant/bar next door.

In middle of nowhere, not close to a town, so if you are without a car, tour bus or other transportation, you can't get anything. On the plus side, the manager gave us a ride. Renting a car would have been a good idea (our bad).

Specious rooms Big Pool Plenty of activities for kids The restaurant staff were nice and the food is good although it was the weekend and they were crowded.. The cleaning ladies are welcoming Plenty of parking

Check in process wasn’t smooth as we arrived early.. and the receptionist (two blonds) refused to let us in until 14 o’clock. But we managed to keep our luggage at the luggage room and come back later. Luckily this time we were welcomed by the nice smiling brunet Wifi is weak

Very remote holiday resort

- Very clean, comfortable and spacius holiday resort - Not many guests there - Good WiFi - Large Pool - Parking available

- Completely remote resort. There is NOTHING nearby. No shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, not even a small town. Bring with you, what you need personally, you cannot shop there. If you are hungry you must eat at the only one available restaurant. Next city is Shkodra with a 50-60 min. drive by car. - Reachable only with car or travel group (bus) - Breakfast is very simple and max. average - Lots of areas in the hotel are abandoned

Great place to visit. Spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses and pilows, swimming pool, free parking. Breakfast is one of the tastiest I've had. Local restaurant serves fantastic local home made dishes for reasonable price. Overall, big 10

staff is helpful , there is a lot of car parking

the main thing is the old furniture is some rooms , I think they need to improve the quality of the rooms furniture , also in the breakfast there isn’t much choices, water in the bathrooms is so cold . I think they need to focus more on the quality and the hotel will shine on the area and be one of the best

Very nice hotel and friendly staff, mamma mia, Nice room, good bed and modern bathroom. The pool is great and has a bar. Chairs enough and towels. Decided to stay longer. Restaurant is good. Parking more than availlable. Internet inside hotel top.

Not what we expected!

It's nice landscaping around hotel but that's all

The rooms are very dated. Filthy carpet and bad. Toilet with a shower that doesn't drain. We spent one night here as a group of motorbikes passing through Albania. We came to the hotel, and the temperature in the room was 29 degrees Celsius. . Air conditioning system you can turn on and off but not set up room temperature. Calling. Reception didn't help—terrible breakfast. In total would not recommend this place.

We booked the hotel for the pool but it was closed . End of may 31°C ... When we knew before we booked an other hotel in the center of shköder 1/2 price .Lucky we only booked 3 nights ...

Passable

The hotel overall was so clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. last but now my room had a good view of the pool and the farm side. The early morning view from my room window was amazing.

1- The location of the hotel is very disappointing, it's a bit far from the city and it's not recommended to stay there if you don't have a car. 2- I stayed for 3 nights and during my stay the pool had no lights at night which made it very scary and hard to hang out there during the evening time. 3- The breakfast was so poor (no options at all)

Hotel is beautiful but far from Shkodra. Clean, nice room with super comfy bed. The balcony had a perfect view facing swimming pool. You can enjoy quiet, beautiful green area by riding a bicycle. Breakfast was great. Staff is nice and helpful.
