Staff were lovely and always available to help or assist in anyway they could. It was in a good location for what we were visiting Blackpool for.
Our room didn’t have a toilet close by, you had to walk down a couple stairs and along to get the toilet which wasn’t ideal with my young daughter and especially going to the loo in the middle of the night.

Die Zimmer sind für europäische Verhältnisse sehr klein und hellhörig. Bei Sonnenaufgang wird man vom Möwengeschrei geweckt, da die einfach verglasten und teilweise undichten Fenster nichts abhalten. Das kann man aber mit Ohrenstöpseln „abstellen“.

The owners are really, really nice but I wasn’t so impressed with the hotel. I think Blackpool is a real mess, but these owners are sort of an oasis in the middle of squalor. Their hotel is okay. Many hotels around them not so good.
There were three of us in a room that had six beds. There was very little room to move. There were used soaps in the shower and an a ladies razor. I think the owner thought she was doing us a favor by providing a room on the lower floor, but I would have preferred higher floor, more room.
