    We booked the hotel a few days before we visited Blackpool on the way to the Lake District. The family room was very spacious and clean, only problem was the lack of a tv remote. The host was really helpful and supplied three bottles of water on our arrival.

    For a quick 1 night stay no airs and gracies fair sized room. Very basic, owner was very good offered water on arrival and when leaving, hotel is run down although recently taken over by new management. No tea coffee facilities in room but available 24hrs from dining room. Great location with parking which is a bonus in Blackpool.
