Very good location to stay within Osaka City.
You can literally get around prime dining and shopping areas by foot within 20mins.
Rates are reasonable as unit is bigger than hotels.
Check-in is seamless and easy.
No meant for Road trip explorer with car as property without complimentary parking. Nearby parking fee can be avg ¥1800 - 2900 full day to overnight.
Unit looks clean however don’t smell fresh.
Carpet needs shampoo as feet gets pretty dirty. Put on bedroom slipper!
Bed and pillows are too hard for us and woke up daily with back and neck sore.
Check in 4pm and check out 10am.
(Maybe it’s Osaka or general Japan Standards) as international standards are usually check in 2pm and check out 12noon.

大阪観光のため、10月21日から2泊しました。
黒門市場へ歩いてすぐの立地で、焼きたてのビーフステーキや海鮮の串焼きを味わい、荷物を置きに一度戻ってから再び出かけられるのが大変便利でした。
日本橋駅も近く、難波や道頓堀へは徒歩圏内、心斎橋方面への移動も容易で、大阪ミナミ観光の拠点として申し分ありません。
周辺には飲食店やコンビニも揃っています。
部屋は築浅で清潔感があり、スーツケースを広げてもまだ余裕のある広さです。
ソファやテレビもあり、観光の合間にゆっくりくつろげました。
換気も良く、落ち着いた雰囲気で、繁華街に近いにもかかわらず夜は静かでした。
シモンズ製ベッドは体をしっかり支えて寝心地が良く、一日歩き回った疲れも十分に取れました。
大きな冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コンロを備えたキッチン、洗濯機、無料Wi-Fiなど設備も充実しています。
浴室には乾燥機能があり、洗濯後の衣類を干して乾かせたのも大きな魅力です。
歯ブラシやスリッパ、タオルなどのアメニティも揃い、手ぶら感覚で過ごせました。
向かいにコンビニがあり、朝の飲み物や夜のちょっとした買い物にも便利でした。
セルフチェックインはメールの案内どおりで迷わずスムーズでした。
スタッフの対応も親切かつ迅速でした。
立地、清潔さ、広さ、設備を考えると料金はとてもリーズナブルで、価格以上の満足感があります。
次回の大阪観光でも、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

Great Apartment style hotel network, if you prefer a peaceful stay. Self check in. Good location: 10-12 mins walk to nearby metro stations Namba, Nippombashi or Tanimachi 9-chome. Both Familymart and 7eleven are like 2-3 mins walking distance. And obviously, very close to the Kuromon market itself. Some dining/bakery options around as well. Rooms are relatively spacious and have all you need for a comfortable stay even for a longer period (like washing machine, stove, microwave etc) also plenty of usb ports for charging, so there is no need for adapter. Worth mentioning, that the place is clean and well maintained. Recommend
