The location was great. It had everything we needed. Stayed as a family of 4 with two younger children so it was a bit small but it didn't really bother us. Close to Kuromon Market.
It was a bit cold especially at night, but that's probably expected for the dates we stayed.

駐車場が敷地内にあるのが助かります。
1点気になるのはインターフォンに前の宿泊者らしい人が写ってるので削除しておいた方がいい気がします。
