    We stayed at Poly Hostel 2 Namba and had a comfortable stay. Security felt good, and the location is excellent — within walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market, with plenty of food and convenience stores nearby. Our room had its own toilet and bathroom and was big enough for us. It was clean and functional with basic amenities. There’s no washing machine in the room, but there is a shared kitchen, washing machine and dryer on the top floor, plus a laundromat just around the corner. Overall, a practical and good-value option. Would stay again.

    Location is great. For future travelers, nearest train is Nippombashi station. However, if carrying heavy luggage, alight at Namba station, then, walk for about 8 to 10mins. Very near Kuromin market. Big plus is the nearest supermarket and the 4th floor common area. We'll definitely come back.

    The location is decent, with convenience stores nearby. It's a bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) to the subway station. The price is affordable, and the room is quite spacious. This is a self-service guesthouse without customer service on-site, but you can still reach them by phone. The cleanliness of the room could be improved; there's quite a bit of dust, especially in the corners. When you turn on the air conditioning, there's a noticeable odor. Perhaps it's due to the wooden construction, which also gives the room a slightly dirty and moldy feel. The bed linens are provided in the room for self-changing, but they show some signs of dirt. What's most disappointing is that after a five-day stay, the towels weren't replaced. Even if daily cleaning wasn't expected, charging for towel replacement seems unreasonable. The room uses a keypad lock, but there's no additional bolt lock inside, which can make it feel less secure—like someone could enter at any time. Also, there's no clear guidance on where to dispose of trash during the five days; the hygiene arrangements could be better.
