We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it a best place in Batumi to relax. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!

Nothing, during the stay of 8 night, they never change bedsheet and towels. Nobody come for clean room. Bath soap and shampoo provided only once.
I have serious complaints about Sunset Apartment. After I completed the booking and paid, they attempted to cancel my reservation. Later, on arrival, they increased the agreed price by 100 GEL despite the confirmed booking. Most importantly, my booking included breakfast, but it was provided only for 2 days out of 8. For the remaining days, there was no service and no response to my calls or messages. I have WhatsApp evidence and screenshots available if required.
