- нет штор блэкаут, в спальне было светло - шум (закрытые окна не спасали, на 2м этаже соседней башни работало кафе, где была громкая музыка до 2:00 ночи) - в день заселения было грязно в апартаментах - персонал отказался предоставлять моющие средства - в день выселения у нас случился форс - мажор, в 10:34 нас начали выгонять из номера, тк заселение новых жильцов запланировано на 11:00 (хотя в правилах написано «выселение до 11:00» - обещанный вид на море не такой как на фото, также фото апартаментов нарисованы AI
