Самый лучший хозяин. Лично встретил, предварительно всё уточнив, провёл в номер. Поскольку предыдущий жилец сломал телевизор, перевёл в другие апартаменты с отдельной спальней, причём за ту же стоимость. В день отъезда также разрешил остаться до вечера (обычно выселение до 12.00), без доплаты. В общем, отдых удался на славу! Огромное спасибо Кобе. Контакты сохранили и рекомендуем только его!

We came as a family of 6 spontaniusly we decided to stay in batumi and as we looked for some hotels we found this one and took it because its right in the Center and just perfekt. We got two Rooms one Studio weich was perfekt for a pair and we got another one with a Sofa-Bed and seperate Room. The Kids were amazed the elder ones two! And don’t forget the view! It was just something incredebile 😍 it was really worth also because every sightseen was near us, also like the Shops als super markets 🚙 If you think of the Price, we came spontaniusly and we got two rooms for around 70,00€ thats insane 😁. The staff is also very Kind I can just recomend it. Madloba 🫣😆

הגעתי ליום אחד וקיבלתי יחס חם ומשפחתי. קובה שמנהל את המקום בנאדם מקסים, מארח ברמה הכי גבוהה, תמיד זמין ושרותי. יצאתי איתו לסיור בעיר, הוא הכיר לי מסעדות וקניונים עם מותגים. החדר במלון היה נקי, מואר, עם מטבח מאובזר ומקרר גדול, אהבתי שיש מלא ערוצים בטלוויזיה, והמרפסת מאוד טובה, רואים את הים. המיקום מרכזי ביותר, קרוב לים, קניון, מסעדות, קזינו.
