Расположение, просторность номера, вид из окон и балкона.
Отношение хозяев. Сначала после бронирования за день до заезда нам написали в вотсап, что сумма за проживание выше - цена букинга + комиссия сверху. Мы так поняли, что комиссию хозяев попробовали переложить на нас, арендаторов. На следующий день после вежливых вопросов с нашей стороны - отменили. Далее при заезде пытались активно уговорить арендовать два других номера, вместо нашего большого забронированного. Мы настояли и всё-таки его получили, но осадок остался неприятный.
