Riad Safran & Soleil

Riad bien ubicado dentro de la Medina. Personal atento y muy amable. Desayunos variados y completos. Agradecer a Abdellah que el último día que estuvimos alojados nos preparase el desayuno para llevarnos a la excursión.

Las almohadas y el colchón un poco duro.

Jelil was the staff member who got a few things done for us. Location is good.

Where do I start; Shower head was broken and water came out where it shouldn't - took over 24 hours to get it changed & 4 different staff members to sort it out. Pillows were way too thick - this also took also 24 hours to get changed with 4 different staff members. If you want a hot shower, it will be a hot water dribble only. Got electrocuted from the bedside table light - however this was dealt with pretty quick. No fridge, full length mirror or Iron available in the room. Air-con hardly worked & room took hours to cool down. Towels were average & so was the bed. Fake plants around the pool etc. Some staff members were in uniform & some weren't. Hard to tell if the staff worked for the hotel or not. Need more mature staff. Poor maintenance all around the property. The hotel organised a driver for us to take us to Essaouira for the day at the times we wanted - when we got there, the driver told us we needed to leave at a certain time. Driver was not friendly. Breakfast had plenty of foods but was odd. For example condiments for the pancakes came out 5 min after the pancakes. Some days the orange juice was fresh but other days it tasted shop bought. Lots of sweet stuff or caramel sauce spread on our toast... Was the most expensive Riad we stayed at in, in Morocco but also the one we liked to least.

Accueil du personnel, beauté de l’endroit, petits attentions ( doudou sur le lit, petits déjeuners à emporter pour le départ matinale)

Hospitalité du personnel et l’emplacement

Assez bruyant et mal isolé
