Esta muy bien ubicado en la medina, la plaza jama el fna esta a menos de 5 minutos. Otra cosa muy positiva que tiene es Mohamed, es el chico que trabaja alli y super agradable y servicial! En todo momento preguntado si estabamos bien y si necesitabamos algo! Mohamed es 100/100!

The location was good. Right on the souks and close to the main square. Walking distance from main attractions. We had an issue with the room and they changed us after we insisting with them.

Our first impression was really bad, the airco didn’t work at all, the toilet was dusty and nor very clean, the shower didn’t have a sink to wash your face/teeth and the mattress was hard as hell. The day after we insisted that they changed rooms cause the airco didn’t worked and we had paid for a room with airco. They wanted to charge us more but after some insisting they didn’t. The airco in the new room worked but leaked the whole time and we had to move our luggage so things would not get wet, ended up using the bath towels to soak all the water. The shower curtains were dirty and the water wouldn’t drain very well. On top of all that the breakfast pancakes were always cold, the tea was cold and the only thing that saved breakfast was the fresh omelet they made every day. The guy working there is friendly but doesn’t do more than what is strictly necessary! I would never come back here.
