    Located in shinbashi you will find an abundance of places to eat, drink and sing! It is very close to the train station and down the road from Ginza!

    I originally booked four nights in this hotel. Unfortunately after two nights sleeping on their mattress I could hardly walk and had incredibly back pain. I spoke with the hotel requesting if I could get a part refund and check out early as their room was sub par. Initially they seemed willing however they stopped replying to emails meaning I checked out half way through and unfortunately haven't received any partial refund. This was dissapointing as my back problem was caused by their mattress and bed. I'd advise not staying at this hotel unless you can sleep on any surface. Location is ok but room just isn't good enough.
