Doux Pavillon - Le Patio

The apartment was a sufficient stay — the bed was comfortable, the location convenient, and it felt secure. Beyond that, several things were not up to standard.

The hand soap dispenser was empty. The showerhead was loose. Complimentary coffee pods were provided, but there was no appropriate machine to use them with — and when I asked about this, I received no reply. The apartment also did not feel clean — the living area seat cushions were stained, and a number of used products from what appeared to be previous stays had been left in the bathroom shower & cupboards. This gave the impression that the place is not well looked after between guests, which made us uncomfortable. I hope the Doux Pavilion Team ensures these issues are sorted for future guests.
