Downtown apartment with the best ocean views

Fantastic views across the bay from the 27th floor balcony . Clean and functional small apartment close to the local amenities and 15 minute walk to the beach . Aircon and ceiling fan and very comfortable bed .

water in the shower tray was slow to drain away. Fine for one person -might have been an issue for two !

Good location, small compact room with enough for our short stay. Getting here was an issue with the Airport Taxi included he was a no - show and when the driver made contact he was going to be a further 45 minutes later. Easier to just get the bus.

The sink and shower drains are slow to clear and makes a glug noise. In time they might create a problem.

Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste (co nie jest standardem w Hiszpani, więc za to ogromny plus ;) ). W mieszkaniu znajdowało się wszystko, czego tylko potrzeba, a nawet więcej, gospodarz zostawił nawet dwie kapsułki do prania! Do tego fenomenalny widok z balkonu (mieszkanie znajduje się na 27 piętrze 30 piętrowego budynku). z Mieszkania do centrum można dojść w kilka minut. Zaraz za skrzyżowaniem znajduje się Mercadona (a także kilka innych mniejszych sklepów). Gdybym miała wrócić do Alicante to na pewno ponownie do tego obiektu.

Bright, spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped. Beach towels, toiletries supplied. Very secure. Fantastic view.
