Lovely studio apartment with fantastic views. Quality furnishings, perfectly clean and very well supplied, made for a very comfortable stay. Having outside space in a city apartment is just wonderful. Great location, close to train and tram stations with just a short walk to the cathedral and to the seafront promenade. Very close to great restaurants and bars.
As others have mentioned, there is some noise from the large air conditioning units on the next block, but this didn't spoil our enjoyment of the balcony.
