Lovely location, very quiet road, villa very well equipped and felt like home from home. Lovely welcome pack, washing machine & tumble dryer. Lovely lounge area, great kitchen. Been to lots of villas and would return.

Could do with some general maintenance, internal walls need a paint just looking a bit tired in bathrooms etc, pillows very hard and uncomfortable, no shower mat for main bathroom, kettle makes water taste funny so used pan to boil water. Pool is lovely size but needed refilling as water level low and needs some general attention, liner looks old and white pool surround very chipped. Would be nice to have a pool maintenance mid week of stay. Rattan chairs on patio were sharp I sat on one and got a piece in my leg and not the furniture on the villa pics. I’d remove them personally. Wires exposed on light above outside table. All small things easily sorted and did not detract from our stay but if they were sorted would make villa outstanding.

The villa was lovely and clean and all amenities we required . Nice quiet area 20 mins walk to centre but we had a car so no no problem

Could of just done with some hand-wash a couple more toilet rolls and maybe an extra towel each

25min walk to centre No bedding, towel change, general cleaning or pool clean in 8 nights we stayed You have to pay additional E10 per day (cash only) for heated pool Rear pool view pictures are very misleading There are no low level arrangements (seating) for 4, just the table pictured with 2 normal chairs, nor is there a double sunlounger as shown on the pictures, ones provided are all single sunloungers If it rains you have no outside lights front or rear due to faulty electrics and have to wait a few days for them to dry, as per owners email response below when notified, which can be dangerous depending on your mobility " We just have to wait a few days for them to dry. There's nothing we can do. It rains very little in Lanzarote, and when it rains a lot, there's always a problem. I have another villa where the same thing happens."
