Villa Dulce Vista Costa Papagayo with Large Heated Private Pool & Air conditioning

Beautiful Villa just a nice size, Love seeing the mountains over the back wall. Privacy is garanteed not overlooked, the pool is 8x4m and is a good size for swimming The pool man is twice a week, there was a midweek towel change and a weekend bed and towel change as i was there 2 weeks. The area is fantastic mix of residential and holiday villas and is extremely quiet which is brilliant. The villa is well stocked and the wine was very welcome, thankyou Aldi is 20 minute walk which is great but is far enough when carrying shopping as i did everytime, but very handy ! The beach front is 30 min walk from villa or 3 to 4 euro in taxi The tv was great Beds very comfy and 2 bathrooms was great to have Great value compared to others further west otherwise i could not afford to go. Im so glad i found you Overall cant fault a thing loved it and was first time in a villa

Lovely stay, wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, air conditioning was good and very comfortable beds. Loved the large pool, BBQ and the outdoor seating to enjoy our breakfast. It has a spacious peaceful garden that’s very private. I would stay again.

Loved the outdoor area, great patio for dining morning and lunch...sun trap in the early afternoon and all evening. Heated pool was fantastic. Pool table was great. Superb privacy. Not overlooked. Lots of space. Air con in bedrooms worked out well. Black out blinds 😉 Really liked the counter space in bathrooms. Villa had an alarm and 2 safes. The filtered tap in kitchen was fantastic which cut down on endless bottle buying. Pool was cleaned twice 🤩 Had a small issue with the pool table but this was attended to immediately. The bbq was used and enjoyed. We had a hired car and the area is very safe for parking. Great view from the back of property.

Very very minor things... no change of bed linen for an 11 night stay, would have liked one change for the duration. Outside could do with a refresh of paint. Hoover was broke. Not a game changer but would have liked to clean the place better before departure.
