With FREE (Electric) Pool Heating* & FREE High Speed WIFI. 🔆 NEW Kitchen+Extension installed July 2026 with Dishwasher & All Brand New Appliances inc Ninja Dual AIR FRYER. 🔆 Located just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca and the seafront/beaches and 5 mins walk to the new Aldi and 10 mins walk from the Lanzarote Princess, Princesa Yaiza Hotels.
Three bedrooms (sleeps 6 max) and 2 bathrooms.
Private large electrically heated (winter Nov- March*) covered swimming pool.
High perimeter wall affording unusually high degree of privacy yet with stunning mountain views and sunsets!
Huge outside barbecue, teak patio furniture and 6 x quality Sunbeds.
Now with 2 x Separate Outdoor-Sofa Areas - each with covered Pergolas - providing shade from the sun - and perfect for lunch and evening drinks Al Fresco…
Patio doors from both lounge and master bedroom to large shaded/covered veranda combined with extensive patio area.
No stairs!
Through-lounge/dining room with SMART TV (UK & RTE Stations & SKY SPORTS).
Optional air-Conditioning (newly replaced Sept ‘23) available in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom and also available in the living room - payable by meter.
Now with TWO outdoor sofa covered seating areas - at both the Patio & the BBQ area.
Selection of books, cot, high chair and steriliser - all available at NO EXTRA COST!!
The pool is electrically heated - at no extra charge - during winter months (01 Nov-31 March inclusive). The temperature is digitally pre-set to 29 degrees - as any warmer can make swimming uncomfortable.
From April to October electric heating is NOT required as the pool will also average high-twenties just by using the thermal pool-cover at night.

Casa Katie is a lovely, quiet & peaceful villa, easy walking distance to all the local amenities. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Eimear was extremely accommodating & responsive to messages. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you Eimear

The villa was very well equipped and felt like a home from home. The pool area was immaculate with lots of lovely seating areas. The owner was brilliant and was always at the end of an email although we didn’t have any problems at all. It’s about a 10/15 min walk into town and Aldi is about 5 mins walk away. A really lovely very peaceful neighbourhood. We had a lovely experience and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Villa Katie as it was in a quiet location not far from Marina Rubicon where we found many good restaurants and a great market on Weds and Saturday.
