There are hidden costs to the property. You actually pay R400 per night for cleaning. For the 2 days I spent, I paid R800 for cleaning. That time they don’t come to clean you space. They will only clean it after you leave. So beware when you book the place. The place is not R800 per night as advised, it’s actually R1300 per night. It’s actually not worth it for the money you pay. The area not safe, there are people who are homeless and taking substance walking around. The street behind, there are actually shacks. Also you won’t be able to open the door or even sit outside. The house facing the unit has dogs, that will come barking at the fence by your unit. There is also dog smell. So you won’t even enjoy the outside space.
