Communication from the owners were exceptional. The day we left our house for this caravan, the owners were in contact with us. They were supportive and helpful, even though we didn't have a chance to meet them. The caravan was within the budget and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The owner kept asking, if any issues, do call us and we will sort it out. They even went extra miles and inform the security on the gate to open the barrier at 2am as we didn't have our car registered during the first day of the stay. Thank you Chris and Vicky🙏
For the amount we paid, it is worth staying here than in a hotel.

Very comfortable beds, lots of space to sit so big family can fit there , it was clean and comfortable , in good location
We didn't have hot water 2 days and nobody comes to fix it just got video from owners how to fix that and it wasn't work for 2 days... on third day I managed to fix it somehow

Well Equipped with kitchen. Plenty of cups glasses etc. it was clean and tidy.
Was a bit chilly even having worked out heating. Did provide my own toilet paper as only part of a roll in one toilet.

Lovely little caravan ! Children loved the little added extras! Lots of board games.! Every thing you need if you like to cook good pans etc
