Well laid out, tidy, nicely decorated.

We needed to clean the shower before use, some hairs on one of the beds. The holiday park staff tried to hard sell the parking passes, which are outrageously priced, but the walking distance was no issue if you have a few extra hands.

This is an aesthetically pleasing caravan, but the cleaners need to keep on top of it. The location is great, as it is close to the entrance and facilities without being noisy. We had a lovely time. The caravan was sufficient for our needs. The sofa bed is huge and comfortable (the best I’ve seen anywhere).

The owners left quite a lot of stuff in the cupboards, including empty boxes, which we had to remove and replace with our own groceries. I didn’t think this was acceptable. I was told by the owner that they had a right to leave their stuff in there. We frequently stay in holiday homes, and I’ve never encountered that before. I guess there’s a first time for everything. I will say that the owner is very proud of the caravan (as she should be). She promptly sent a cleaner to deal with some of the minor issues I raised, which included: bird faeces on the outdoor furniture (that wasn’t addressed), splash marks on the toilet seat, and black mould on the bathmat. I later noticed there was some type of pink substance on the back of a dining chair, but that wasn’t addressed either. After a while, I forgot it was there, so all’s well that ends well, and the minor issues didn’t take anything away from our holiday. I also had some unexpected company in my bedroom in the form of some tiny little spiders. No bites though.

Caravan was clean and tidy.

My niece loved that she had a big tv in her room with netflix kids channels. Nice big fridge and freezer I liked everything really

I couldn't get the oven to work but it wasn't a big problem
