Overall, my family and I had a great stay! Everything was as described, the check-in & out process was very easy, and the house was very clean when we arrived! We also really liked that the bikes were included with the cost of house and were easily delivered! The screened in front porch was great too - we spent more time out there than in the living room! The walk to the beach was only like 5 minutes & it’s a super easy walk. There are some stairs that connect the boardwalk to the beach, but they weren’t bad. The pool was maybe a 1-2 minutes walk. We did message the host a few weeks before arriving and never got a response, so that was really the only issue but I also never called or anything. Overall, great stay & would recommend.

This house was not cleaned well. It was primarily the floors, but we also found leftover clothes from previous guests. We had a fitted sheet that was too small and it took two days to get a proper sheet. There was only one key fob for beach and pool access, but that was finally replaced after a two day wait. The neighborhood is terrific. It was our 3rd stay here and we’ll come back to a different house.
