Well, at ours they can safely run up to the house in 2 minutes, never cross busy 30A, grab a snack and be back down with the family in minutes! Our extensive 9-month whole house renovation is complete, and our home is immaculate! From August we go to a 4-night minimum until mid-October and 3-night minimum from then on through the winter months to encourage long weekend stays. The chef’s kitchen is a culinary dream, complete with Bosch appliances, a double oven, a gas range, and a central island with a built-in sink and microwave drawer. The adjacent dining area includes a spacious dining table and a large island with additional seating—perfect for entertaining or casual family meals. We have also added a 120-pound daily ice machine so you can top off your beach cooler and we provide a large Gorilla beach wagon to boot!
The home’s three bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind. The secluded master suite spans the entire second floor, featuring a king-size pillow-top Sealy mattress, a spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and a private rooftop deck with seating for five—the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the stars. The other two bedrooms on the main floor include plush queen Sealy beds, one with a set of bunk beds and a trundle to accommodate up to five guests. Due to such limited parking, our community does not allow golf carts. You can rent a three-wheel tricycle for elderly guests and have it delivered and Yolo & Big Fish will deliver regular bikes right to the house at 10% discounted rates. We have several great restaurants within 10 minutes-walk and then you can indulge freely!

We absolutely loved “Brown-Eyed Girl” from the moment we arrived in the neighborhood. The home is situated on a gorgeous, safe street that has such a homey feel to it. The owners have decorated the house so beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I especially loved the nice Dutch oven, which we used often. While there are so many restaurants surrounding this area on 30A, you almost feel guilty leaving because of how inviting and spacious the kitchen feels. Unfortunately our trip did come to an end, and we left a few items behind. The owner and cleaning crew were so kind to work together to make sure we received those items. We have stayed at many rental properties along 30A, but this one checked all the boxes and is our favorite one to date! We look forward to returning soon.

Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. Eager to help and answer questions. The home was charming, comfortable, well equipped and over all a great fit for us. The home is Beautifully decorated and modern. Enjoyed the porch, deck and patio so much. (A nice touch was a leaf blower to tidy up the patio area). Loved the neighborhood as it was so pretty and quiet. Great beach access and pools. The location was central and close to all our favorite areas. I highly recommend Brown Eyed Girl. Liz Kirkpatrick.

I have stayed in two other homes in this neighborhood and Brown Eyed Girl does not deserve a 5 star review. Primary bedroom has a window a/c, really. Kitchens pots and pans look like they were bought at yard sales and the people that rent the beach chairs were very rude and wanted a large tip each day if I wanted to be on the front row by the water. each day
