After traveling to more than 45 countries, we've discovered that our favorite place in the world isn't across an ocean—it's right here in Seagrove Beach. Brown Eyed Girl is the beach home we dreamed of creating: a place where families can slow down, reconnect, laugh around the dinner table, spend long days on the beach, and make memories that last for generations.
Completely renovated with more than $350,000 in upgrades, over 145 five-star reviews, our home combines the warmth of a classic beach cottage with the comforts of a luxury vacation home. Whether you're planning a family vacation, bringing grandparents along, or gathering with lifelong friends, we've tried to think of every detail that makes a beach week effortless.
1. Why do guests love Brown Eyed Girl?
• About a five-minute walk (approximately 900 feet) to the beautiful sugar-white sands of Seagrove Beach via private deeded beach access.
• Just a short walk to two neighborhood pools, including one that is heated during cooler months.
• Sleeps up to nine guests comfortably in beds, with room for up to thirteen when the two queen sleeper sofas are used.
• Dog friendly! We welcome one well-behaved dog (approximately 30 pounds or less) because we know pets are family too.
2. A kitchen designed for bringing everyone together...
Some vacation homes have a kitchen. Brown Eyed Girl has a gathering place.
Our fully renovated chef's kitchen features premium Bosch appliances, gas stove top, generous workspace, and everything needed to prepare anything from pancake breakfasts to seafood dinners. The adjoining dining and living areas create the perfect place to reconnect after a day at the beach.
We've also added thoughtful extras you'll appreciate all week long, including a wet bar, beverage refrigerator, and one of our guests' favorite amenities—a dedicated ice machine, so you'll never need to make late-night runs for ice before a beach day.

Our spacious second-floor primary suite plus a spa inspired bathroom serves as a peaceful retreat with its own private sitting area and rooftop deck—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the stars.
The additional bedrooms are designed with families in mind, giving everyone comfortable places to relax after fun-filled days exploring 30A.

• Large Gorilla Wagon for hauling beach gear

We stayed here for our babymoon and the property was perfect for our trip. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and cookware, and the appliances are newer and well-functioning. The host was very communicative and provided great recommendations for local dining and fish markets. The pools and beach are very close, and given that our visit was in early May, we were grateful for the heated pool. The subdivision is quiet and family-oriented. We loved this location and would be eager for a return visit!

I have stayed in two other homes in this neighborhood and Brown Eyed Girl does not deserve a 5 star review. Primary bedroom has a window a/c, really. Kitchens pots and pans look like they were bought at yard sales and the people that rent the beach chairs were very rude and wanted a large tip each day if I wanted to be on the front row by the water. each day
