This house was perfect for our group of two adults and 5 kids. It was close to the pool and beach. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to Seaside and The Big Chill. A few things to note: to access the beach and pool, key fobs must be used, so be prepared to keep track of those. For the beach you must have a fob to exit to get back to the house so you have to take two with you if anyone wants to leave early. Also, the beach access leads you to a beach where the chair companies set up right along the shoreline. Be prepared to buy chairs or sit behind several rows of people. There are private beaches on either side of the beach access so that is the only option from the closest access. Because of this, we rode bikes down to the public beach access down the street (Eastern Lake). It was the perfect spot for us where we could spread out and not be blocked by chair companies.

Beautifully decorated home with a well-thought-out layout, perfect for 2-3 families to share. Short walk to the beach and pool, dining and shopping—checks all the boxes! See you next summer!

The property did fine for our vacation - we had 5 adults and 2 kids and a good thing is there was plenty of room. Overall, unfortunately it wasn’t as nice as we were hoping - many of the blinds were broken, the outdoor furniture was a bit dingy, and there were some areas in the home that weren’t very clean. We did have to contact the management team several times and they were always very responsive and kind and quick to solve our issue so that was nice. Downfall to the area was no golf carts allowed.
