Nestled in the exclusive Gulf Place community, this quiet end unit offers a modern and spacious retreat with lots of natural light and smart furnishings. The home features a wraparound porch with beautiful views of a tranquil pond and fountain. You can even feed the turtles from the balcony!
Relax on the beach with unit-provided beach chairs and umbrellas. The private beach access is just a short 3-minute walk away. For a change of scenery, you can also enjoy one of the three heated pools right on the property.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a Keurig and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also a washer and dryer and a hair dryer for your convenience.
Explore the area with ease. A bike path and sidewalk along the beautiful scenic 30A are easily accessible, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Just next door, you'll find the Santa Rosa Golf Club and the Beach Club restaurant on the ocean. The popular Vue restaurant is also close by.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was spacious enough for our party. It was well cleaned and maintained. The wrap around balcony was great!

My family loved staying in the Gulf Place Caribbean. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and a few shops/restaurants nearby. The property matches its description. The things that I would point out as room for improvement would be that the condo felt surface level clean, but there was a bottle under a bed and several clumps of hair/dust in corners of rooms. Also, there weren’t any kitchen towels which would have been nice. Overall, we really liked the condo and it was great for my family of 5! We will likely stay again!

The location is amazing! Just across the street to the beach, low noise, unit is on the end of the building, plenty of room for 6. Within walking distance of shops and eateries. Great place to stay.
