Located on the top floor west corner, the condo offers spectacular sunset views from the oversized balcony framed by swaying palms.
Inside, you’ll feel right at home with accommodations for up to six guests. Both the master and guest bedrooms feature king beds, while the cozy recessed hallway bunks are perfect for kids. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and free WiFi make relaxing effortless.
Step outside and enjoy three sparkling community pools, hot tubs, lush lawns, and tennis courts. Take the short stroll across the private beach access and sink your toes into the sand, or explore everything that Gulf Place Town Center has to offer right outside your door featuring restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, bike and board rentals, and even a full-service spa.
Looking for more? Spend an evening at the outdoor amphitheater with live concerts, Sunday evening church on the beach, or the popular Third Thursday Wine Walkabout. Kids will love playing in the open green spaces while adults soak in the laid-back 30A vibe.

We had a wonderful, relaxing trip to the beach. We absolutely loved this condo. It is very welcoming, clean, and so pretty! We will definitely return again. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. We had access to 3 pools. The beach access was easy and not crowded. We loved the bed mattress and pillows!

We had a very pleasant stay. The condo was clean with great views and very comfortable. Communication was very good and they took care of all of our needs. We would highly recommend.

Our month-long rental of “Just Beachy” was even better than usual, thanks to the recent updates that transformed every square inch of this creative space. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, and the clean and comfortable bedrooms provided a relaxing retreat. The balcony on the corner of the complex provides exceptional views of the gulf and breathtaking sunsets. Our questions and requests were answered in minutes. We enjoyed a luxurious vacation.
