Welcome to Gulfplace, this beautiful with newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 8 and is just steps away from the gorgeous emerald Gulf of Mexico with its sugary white sand. Enjoy incredible views from the living room, kitchen, dining room and large balcony. The balcony offers ample comfortable seating for your morning coffee, lunch, dinner or reading a book with a glass of wine as you listen to the calming waves crash onto the shore.
This property is located in the sought-after area of 30A and is within Gulf Place. Gulf Place has many shops, restaurants, a spa, nail salon, and a bike/kayak rental shop. There are also incredible outdoor concerts offered in the center of Gulf Place where you can picnic and listen to the sounds of local musicians. Private beach access is across the street, Perfect Pig restaurant, Pizza by the Sea and Sunrise coffee are all on site. Next door you will find the Shunk Gully restaurant and Pecan Jack's Ice Cream & Candy Shop. Everything you need is in close proximity to this condo.
All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind.

We absolutely loved this condo! Lots of space for everyone to sleep and sit! Clean, can see the ocean, and we were at the beach in minutes by walking across the street! Perfect location… beach, pools, restaurants all in walking distance. Those in charge of the property were easy to work with, very helpful, and responsive! The link they send you provides lots of suggestions and information. The condo was full of extras so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying them! I would highly recommend this condo, and we plan on returning!

We didn’t stay here. At check-in, discovered there was scaffolding and stairwell construction immediately outside the entry door and primary bedroom. The roof above the balcony was being additionally supported with joist jacks. While the unit was clean, the upholstery was not fresh. The agent, Theresa, was exceptionally helpful in finding us a good alternative on a Saturday evening. Kudos to her and her team.
All-in-all, it was just an inconvenience. Knowing circumstances ahead of time could have avoided it. Still, not the end of the world. A measure of a good company can be how it deals with problems. They did well.
