You can slow down and relax or take in some of the activities in the area including the very popular 30A walking and bike trail, multiple State Parks, coffee café, ice cream shop, clothing shops, multiple restaurants (Perfect Pig , Pizza by the Sea, Shunk Gulley and the new Shelby’s), and you must check out Artist at Gulf Place as they have many different options of art to view/purchase plus events for the kids during spring and summer.

A very large space and Scott was very responsive and accommodating. The location is ideal- close to shops, the pools and a very short walk to access the private beach. Would definitely recommend for families!

I’ve stayed in Gulf Place for years, but never in a townhouse. This was lovely. My two adult daughters enjoyed having their own rooms and bathrooms and so did I. Scott is a terrific owner who is patient—I had a lot of questions and he answered them with grace!
