Welcome to “Sea Suite" our 4 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom home in Gulf Place.
LOCATION:
Right across Scenic Highway 30A from both public and private beach access, this conveniently located townhome is in the heart of Gulf Place. The home is just steps from some of the area's most iconic dining (Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, etc.), while also offering shops, local art galleries, amphitheater space, a farmers market, and community events.
With easy access to the beach through private access points, three pools (two of which are seasonally heated for Spring Break), two hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, dedicated corn hole play area, and nature/jogging trails, you won't have to travel far to enjoy all that this area has to offer.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
“Sea Suite” is a spacious townhome with an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen space. The second-floor living room opens onto the home's private balcony overlooking Gulf Place, and the main seating area comes with a large smart TV, perfect for streaming all your favorite shows.
Between the dining area table and long breakfast bar, there is seating for a full complement of guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, bakeware, and crockery you need to cook to your heart's content.
Down the hall from the kitchen, you'll pass the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the way to the second-floor king bedroom which hosts an en suite and private balcony access with seating.
The home's third floor is comprised of a king master bedroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, a bunk room with four twin beds, and a final queen room with en suite. All bedrooms come equipped with closet space and TVs (excluding bunk room).
AMENITIES:
The home provides beach gear (beach wagon, body boards, beach umbrella, etc.), towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, and private parking at the rear of the home for two vehicles.

Everything was pictured accurately. The place is cute, clean, and although small, it was spacious enough for our group of 10 that we had plenty of room to wiggle around without issues. There were a lot of beach towels there to use, wagons, beach toys, some chairs, etc. all in good condition. We like to cook and personally I did not like cooking with their stuff because it was scratched up nonstick pots and pans and all those particles are just getting in your food and only plastic spatulas, no wood, to use. But for one week I mean, whatever. Heaven knows the restaurants are doing worse than that. The washer machine needs to be cleaned. I didn’t send a message for them to clean it because we just knew to quickly swap clothes so the clothes didn’t stink, but that front loader definitely could use a deep clean. Beds were comfy. Had plenty of pillows to choose from. We couldn’t find two of the bedroom fan remotes and the downstairs tv remote. We didn’t reach out to them for this but I am also not letting it affect their review. The walk to the beach was super easy. It was confusing whether we could or couldn’t sit in the private beach area even though we had the gate code, though. We just sat wherever we wanted to and didn’t get in trouble but I have a feeling we weren’t supposed to be there based on other signs. So don’t try setting tents up or something in those areas - chairs only.

Townhome was exactly as described. Easy walk to beach, dining and more. Plenty of space for my husband and I and teenage girls! Would stay again!
