The galley style, fully equipped kitchen (that connects seamlessly to the rest of the home) has all the tools you need to make a pleasant evening meal - and a corkscrew and wine glasses for after the kids go to sleep. As an added bonus, guests of this condo will have access to the neighborhood's shared pool and tennis courts during their stay. There's plenty to keep everyone entertained at Miramar Beach!

Gator Beach, just over five miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator.

This property was exactly as advertised, the second floor villa was comfortable and updated. The villa location is walking distance to coffee, ice cream, food, bars and a Shell convenience store. A big perk is Seascape has designated guest parking across the street from Whale's Tail bar and grill and the beach - we took full advantage of this daily. We reserved chairs and umbrellas for the entire week and it was nice to be able to access the restrooms, food and beverages.
The only negatives we have for the villa are the sliding glass door to the back porch is broken and it affects the A/C having to work overtime and despite being in a gated resort, it still leaves an uneasy feeling when leaving your personal items all day while you're at the beach. It definitely needs to be replaced. The reason we gave a 4-star for cleanliness was due to the fact there was sand on the floor and rugs and a dirty towel on the back of the second bathroom door. The response time from the management company was excellent as we had a clogged commode and a beeping smoke detector which were quickly repaired.
Overall a good spot to spend a relaxing week at the beach.

It was older, but nicely renovated. Clean as well.
Defiantly needs new sliding glass doors, really old and not working correctly. We enjoyed our stay.
