This villa has 3 bedrooms with king beds in each, and an attached full bath for each! The condo was completely renovated in 2024 with new furniture, tile baths, new cabinetry, new HDTV's, and more. Enjoy your morning coffee from one of the two screened in patios or grill up your favorite dinner on the new grill outside. You are walking distance to the pool (5 community pools) and the Gulf of Mexico! This unit will comfortably accommodate 6 people.

This unit was beautifully decorated, spacious and the we LOVED the back screened in porch. We ended every evening on the porch relaxing and making plans for the next day. The refrigerator wasn't working but they fixed it about an hour after move in, which delayed it cooling to being able to use it but we managed with coolers until it cooled enough for us to go to the grocery.

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is perfect with the lake just out the back door and the beach within walking distance. We could have just stayed in the condo most of our trip. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the condo but rather than the communication with Seascape. We tried to reach them by phone multiple times without success prior to our arrival.
