I had an issue with the microwave and texted the host and In 30 minutes I had someone knocking on the door coming to fix the microwave so very amazing host

Rental company responded very quickly when we asked them for additional towels. Close to restaurants & shopping. Screened balcony was nice for morning coffee & evenings-did not have to worry about bugs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was quite lovely and comfortable. There are a few things that I would suggest could make it even better. Something as simple as having two dish towels and a dishcloth would be helpful. The toilet paper holder in the master bedroom and the downstairs bathroom both need to be screwed on better. There was a piece from the downstairs shower that also had to be put back on. The trash bags that were left were of extremely poor quality and ripped as soon as we tried to take the trash out. That meant cleaning up the mess.

Reviewer Comments: Our family has been vacationing at seascape at Destin Florida for the past 12 years and have stayed at different condos within Seascape resort. This condo had to be the dirtiest condo we have stayed at. There were all kinds of trash under the couches including grapes that had sat so long under there that they had turned to raisins. Old water bottles and trash under the beds. Towels that had blood and lots of stain marks on them. A bathtub that the water would take forever to drain. Beds that had dust on them, which I assume came from the caked on dust from the ceiling fans. The list goes on and on with things that were quite frankly just disgusting. I understand that these condos get flipped pretty quickly but in the 12 years coming had never seen a condo that was this bad. I hope the management company takes this feedback and makes some changes as the location and company was pretty responsive when we needed an extra parking pass.
