The unit was very nice overall. Close to the beach, restaurants and everything else you need for a great vacation. However t could use a little TLC. Multiple small things added up to a bit of a let down on our experience. The biggest issue was the dryer. It was full pf sand under the lint trap. We tried to vacuum it out-it didn't seem to help(laundry was still wet after 2 hours. Several of the kitchen cabinet doors wouldn't stay closed. Like I said, just a bunch of minor issues that distractracted from the overall great unit.Our feet turned black after walking on the floors. I am guessing a good carpet cleaning and hardwood surface mopping are needed.

The property was perfect for our family. Everything was clean And orderly. My only complaint is weak internet but that was not what we Were there for. Seascape is a great place to gather 34 relatives of all Ages.

We’ve rented this same unit four times in the past 6-7 years, but will be looking elsewhere next year. The unit is well equipped, but basic maintenance and cleanliness seem to be wanting a little more each year. That said, communication with the property management company is near impossible. Phone calls are not returned and emails responses are either very slow or non-existent. The price keeps going up but the service and amenities keep going down.
