Welcome to “Toes in the Sand,” a beautiful lakefront 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome located in the highly desirable gated Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there, so we didnt get to enjoy the pools, pickle ball courts or any of the other outdoor amenities. However, the location and screened in porch were fabulous!!

We had an excellent family stay at this vacation home. The home was recently remodeled and had a fresh, upscale feel throughout. We loved the fluffy bedding and pillows, and the primary bathroom was amazing. The soaking tub was perfect after long beach walks.
Our kids loved the bunk room, and this spacious townhome had more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The open living room was perfect for family time, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were essential items, and we used them daily. The pickleball paddles were a fun bonus too.
We also really enjoyed the screened-in balconies. They were the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors without worrying about pesky mosquitos.
Overall, this was a beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed home. Check-in was easy, the parking passes were simple to complete, and management was very helpful, communicative, and impressively quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families visiting the area.

The townhome was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The owner also provided so many thoughtful extras, including six backpack beach chairs, a wagon, a beach canopy, and even pickleball paddles. These little conveniences made our beach days so much easier and helped us enjoy everything the community had to offer.
There is so much to enjoy in the Seascape gated community without having to go far. We loved the easy beach access (minutes from the house), beautiful walking areas, golf course views, tennis courts, pickleball, tons of pools (we went to a different one each day), and the overall resort-style feel of the neighborhood. It was also nice being close to restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops while still having a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day.
Check-in was easy, management communication was great, and the property was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miramar Beach!
