The resort was really nice. Pools were nice. The location was good. Lakefront 311 was roomy.
It stated there were 2 pull out couches. There were not. The 2 bedrooms up stairs the air conditioning wouldn't cool them. It was absolutely miserable sleeping even after calling the desk and having maintenance come. They did not fix it. Made it very hard to sleep. The dryer didn't dry any clothes. After calling and maintenance coming, they never came back and fixed it. So we could not dry anything and had a big family. That made things very difficult. Abby, the front desk girl was annoyed and rude any time I would call her.

Everything was good. It was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. We had a great stay.
The only thing I wish was a pool next to our building. Not a big deal. Just would have been nice after being gone all day to not have to go to another building to swim. Just me being picky
