Summary of reviewsGreat location right on the beach with easy access and close to restaurants. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped property perfect for families.

The location and beachfront access was great. In general, the house had what we needed, but small improvements could go a long way. We did have to clean a bit when we arrived and had to organize things in the kitchen cabinets to give us room for storage. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Location is amazing. Cleanliness was lacking. Dirty showers and toilets at check in.

Perfect location with plenty of space for the entire family! I would definitely stay again.

The best part about this property was the access to the beach. You are right there and it is so convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much however the property itself is quite old and run down. Only two burners worked on the very old stove that was literally falling apart which made it hard cooking for a family of 5. I would like to emphasize the issues we had with the rental (broken stove and the coffee pot stopped working mid week) were acknowledged and responded to fairly quickly. The furniture, floors and outdoor furniture are extremely dirty. Bottom line is if you are looking for a great townhome location on the beach but don't care much about the accommodations this is a great option. Unfortunately we would have preferred a 4 to 4.5 star rental instead of a 3. It was our first time to Destin and we did not know what to expect. We now know more of what we would prefer and have something to compare to.
