The Space:
Treat yourself to an unforgettable stay and relax in style at this rare three-bedroom-plus-bunk floor plan. With three bedrooms plus a bunk area for the kids, three full bathrooms and one half-bath, and an open-concept floor plan, this top-floor condo with raised ceilings have everything you could want for a perfect family vacation! This beautiful, spacious condo is decorated in coastal tones and wood-look flooring throughout that's sure to make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in the door. The custom two-toned kitchen is well appointed with gorgeous white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a table with seating with additional dining space on the oversized wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy dinner with a fantastic view!
The primary bedroom boasts a view straight to the ocean, a king bed, and a spacious en suite master bath with white marble countertops, garden tub, and custom stand-up shower. The second bedroom also has amazing Gulf views with a king bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has a day bed with trundle and private bath as well. There’s a cozy bunk area near the entry door that has twin bunks, with a centrally located half-bath by the bunk and kitchen area. There is a laundry closet in the entry hallway with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
Things to Know
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Beautiful property, friendly staff. Vey clean. The view was amazing! We will definitely stay in this unit again. A map of the rooms emailed would have been helpful to use during our late night arrival. And better lighting to see building #'s.

This condo was absolutely amazing. The view was wonderful and the layout was spacious and accommodating. The beds and living room furniture were all very comfortable. I espllved that each room had its own access to the balcony however the door knob in the living room was broken so it was a bummer not to be able to use that door to go outside. My one suggestion would definitely be to add towel hooks or a bar in the bathrooms because there was only one on the back of the door so we felt like we had nowhere to hang bathing suits and towels. Other than those two things it was a perfect stay and we certainly plan to return!
