From the spectacular views to the spacious luxury accommodations, this renovated, beautifully decorated unit offers everything to make your vacation unforgettable. Summer Place #506 was just freshly painted in 2024 and is 100% tiled. It has a new sofa sleeper and new master bedroom furniture. The condo has a fully equipped, large kitchen with a new refrigerator/freezer, all stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops and breakfast bar. The condo has a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a new smart TV in the living room, as well as 3 additional flat screen TV's in bedrooms and free WI-FI.
**We also pre-pay for a daily beach set-up with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for March-October which is FREE to our guests.**

The primary suite has a large walk-in closet and the spacious master bath has an oversized tub and shower. The large 2nd bedroom has 2 full-size beds and opens to a full bathroom, 2nd bathroom also opens to living area. Bunk Bedroom is a private 3rd bedroom with (2) twin mattresses.

The overall cleanliness was good. But the master bathroom looked very "used" and old. The bathtub was very old looking.The shower curtain liner was very dirty looking at the bottom. Around the bottom of the vanity looked very old and dirty. The toilet had a crack that was glued back together. The switch to turn on the exhaust fan was disgusting.
The bathroom off the kitchen - the toilet rocked back and forth so we didn't use it too much for fear it would break completely. You need to hold down the handle on it for about 15 seconds for it to completely flush. The sink was very slow to drain. Did not use the shower but there was black around the edge of the tub.
The dishwasher looked dirty inside. We did not use it until the last day. So thank you for providing a clean sponge and dish soap.
The microwave number buttons and time cook button do NOT work. We got out the manual to see if we were doing something wrong. The buttons on the left side worked and we had to use them to heat something and just watch the time if we only wanted 30 seconds or a minute. I took a video showing the problem.
