This magnificent condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues, greens, and earthy brown tones, this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. The unit has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room has a TV and DVD player. There is a half bath located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath, TV, and DVD player. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. this home has a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The facility has WiFi throughout all three buildings.

Beach service is included from March to October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

The view was amazing! There is so much to do right there at the Waterscape. The rooms are just as pictured and everything was clean and check in smooth. I did not realize the balcony did not wrap all the way around, which would have been nice, but the views were still amazing! The outside furniture is a bit older and worn, but mostly usable. The washer and dryer are a bit loud, not sure if they need attention or if it is just because they are right in the main part of the unit; just plan around others sleep schedules

Excellent! Condo was great and very clean. Walking from the parking garage was a little long especially with two toddlers. We had to wait 45 minutes after the 4:00 check in time because the condo was not ready.

Panoramic view was spectacular, except for a small inconvenience that one of the blinds was not in working order, but property manager was very responsive. Very clean, very quiet. Owners did a great job with paint color and beach decor to bring the outside in. Overall great exper

The views were amazing. Condo was clean and well stocked. Only complaint is the mattress on queen bed is so hard and very uncomfortable. Pillows need to be replaced. Hard and flat.
