Featuring a nautical decor that will surely help you leave all of your worries at the door the moment you step inside, an inviting living area with comfortable furnishings, perfect for relaxation, a private balcony boasting an outdoor dining area that overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and a fully-equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, this beachfront condo at Seawind is everything you need and more for a memorable getaway! Seawind's amenities include a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, a beachside hot tub, a zero-entry wading pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and an outdoor grilling area.

Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Alabama Gulf State Park and its scenic nature trails, Waterville USA, The Track, The Park at OWA, and The Factory are all a short drive providing hours and hours of endless fun. Downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants, eateries, shops, markets, and other conveniences just a few minutes away. The Park at OWA is 11 miles up north, yet it's totally worth the trip. This amusement park offers 520-acres filled with entertainment and thrilling rides such as the Air Racer, Crazy Mouse, Freedom Flyer, and more! For a fun day with the family, Waterville USA is one and a half miles away. The Seawind Elevator Modernization Project will take place from Fall 2025 and end by Spring 2026. Both the tower and club building elevators will be under construction during this time period. The tower building (where your unit is located) will have one elevator operating at a time while the other is under construction. The club building elevator will be closed while under construction, so the gym will only be accessible through the stairs during that time. Construction workers and equipment will be on site, and construction noise is to be expected during working hours. For current updates on construction progress and timeline, or for any questions related to the Seawind Elevator Modernization Project.
This condo allows monthly reservations from October 1 - March 15.

The condo was clean and very well furnished. It was very well situated on the beach with a beautiful view.

Rooms were clean. Balcony and beach view were great. However, there were no wash cloths in the bathrooms when we arrived. I callled property manager but had to call two more times the next day before they were delivered. Sink in the master bath did not drain well at all. Had to call twice before someone came to fix it.Other than that everything else was ok.

I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s right on the beach with a beautiful gulf view. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to fix meals. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the balcony. I would definitely come here again if I’m ever in the Gulf Coast area.

Our check-in process was smooth but we no more checked in and had a stopped up toliet in our master bathroom. I contacted customer service immediately. They told me someone would be in contact the next day, well Sunday cane and went. I contacted them again. They stated that no one from their local maintenance team had reached out. No plumber showed up til THURSDAY morning to fix our master suite toliet. So for 5 people, my grandma who is 88 and handicap it was not fun. Tuesday night into Wednesday morning our fire alarm started going off. Customer service told me to push the silence button, needless to say after getting up 3 hours in a row and pushing the "silence" button from 3:20 a.m. to 5:41 a.m. I just unhooked it cause I could see it was going to go the exact same way that the plumping issue went.... it will take days to get someone there. And i wasnt going to spend the rest of my vacation communicating with customer abd getting the sane response over and response. There were no pot holders for pulling things out of the oven so take your own!
