Living Room: High quality, double stacked queen sized air mattress with internal pump provided for extra sleeping arrangement. *Not a sleeper sofa, but much more comfortable!*

Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the dolphins in the mornings. Location was wonderful being so close to restaurants and surf shops! We can’t wait to come back!!

The property was well kept, and well managed. Check in and communications were excellent. The overhead microwave was not working, however there was a counter top unit there that was working. The master king bed is a little squeaky and not the best. However, the other 2 beds were great. The patio furniture was perfect for the whole family to enjoy the wonderful balcony. We actually extended our stay for a day. It was a wonderful place to stay, and it's near all the main drag attractions.

First time in Gulf Shores and after reading hundreds of reviews of dozens of condos went with the Seawinds 1406 and it did not disappoint! It was clean, fresh, perfectly furnished, with fantastic views! I read several reviews saying the elevator was a problem-it is somewhat slow and crowded but we never had an issue. Maybe had to wait 5 mins one time but the views were well worth the elevator ride. Did not have any issues being next to the elevator either. I would 100% recommend the condo to friends and family! There is a grocery store literally across the street for coffee, water and adult beverages. The Sea N Suds is right in front. The Original Oyster House is worth the wait and there are several little shops and a daiquiri place all within "wait time buzzer" distance. Seawinds is centrally located with a gorgeous view.
