This comfortable, family-friendly apartment is ideal for 4 people or a family with 2 children; an extra bed for a third child is available upon request. You’ll stay in a quiet location on the first floor of an apartment building with a beautiful view of the mountains. Hiking and biking trails start right at your doorstep. The town center, shopping, and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.
The ****-star DTV vacation apartment with 3 rooms, approx. 75 m², is equipped with:

Living/dining room with a cozy couch, TV, dining area, and access to the balcony
Kitchen with built-in cabinets, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter), toaster, electric kettle, and refrigerator with freezer compartment
Bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a wardrobe
Children’s room with two single beds and a wardrobe; 1 extra bed (90x190, 3rd child) available upon request

Bookings for up to 3 nights (only outside peak season) plus a short-stay fee of up to €80
Babies up to 1 year: flat rate of €50, including a travel crib

Note (Ostallgäu):
Important! Waste separation: cardboard, plastic, cans, glass, general waste, and organic waste.
According to municipal regulations, plastic waste as well as glass and cans must be taken to the recycling center and disposed of by the guest.


Please note that in addition to the booking price, the local tourist tax of 2.10 € per person per day applies, and €1.00 per person per day for children ages 6 and older. Payment is due upon arrival.
A travel crib (€25) and high chair (€15) can be booked as add-ons, once per stay.
An initial set of bed linens and towels is included. Additional linen changes can be booked on-site.
Wearing slippers is requested inside the apartment.
