This cozy and well-equipped vacation apartment offers everything you need for your vacation. The beautiful, sunny attic suite with a view of the Alpspitze features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200) and an extra bed (90x200), and another with two single beds (90x200), ideal for children. The apartment features a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and a large, bright living room with an integrated dining area. The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and toilet. From the living room, you can step out onto the large south-facing balcony with a mountain view of the Nesselwanger Alpspitze. This 3-room vacation apartment, measuring approximately 107 m², is perfect for 2–5 people and includes the KönigsCard.

A travel crib (25 €) and high chair (15 €) can be booked as add-ons, once per stay.
The initial set of bed linens and towels is included. If you would like fresh linens during your stay, these can be booked directly on-site at any time.
1 pet (dog) is permitted upon request, for an additional €10 per day. A pet cleaning fee of 45.00 € is charged in addition to the standard cleaning fee. On the Booking and Airbnb platforms, the additional costs for the pet must be paid on-site upon arrival.
