Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um verschiedene Unternehmungen zu machen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gab Möglichkeiten als Gruppe draußen gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.
Die Bahn fährt direkt am Haus vorbei und dröhnt regelmäßig das Horn. In der Fewo gab es keinen richtigen Platz, um zu 4. zusammen zu sitzen. Der Balkon war mit Sichtschutz zueinander getrennt, während es zum Fremden Nachbarn hin offen stand. Eine kleine eigene Endreinigung hat irisiert, war aber auch nicht schlimm.
